Tigers earn tough road win over Jackets

WILLIAMSBURG – Paintsville quarterback Jake Hyden ran for one touchdown and passed for another as the Tigers turned back Williamsburg, 19-13, in a game played this past Friday night.

Hyden ran 14 yards in the opening period and then hit Joshua McClurg with a 42-yard pass in the third to stretch the lead to 19-7.

The Tigers, now 3-2, will host Lawrence County (3-2) Friday night. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
