Shelby Valley’s Cassidy Rowe has worked daily in the gymnasium since the season ended this past March.
She puts up hundreds of shots while doing a vigorous conditioning program.
She has been selected as EBK Sports’ “Player of the Week.”
She has played travel ball throughout the summer and will be a key element in the Lady Kats’ upcoming 2018-19 season.
Rowe is among eastern Kentucky’s top returning stars and has been already mention as a possible “Miss Basketball” candidate by the time she reaches her senior season.
She will play for her father, Doe Doe, who has named new head coach after Rodney Rowe’s retirement.
