Pikeville junior Seth Pugh has emerged from the shadows of his older brothers to become a key part of Pikeville High School’s success on the gridiron.
Pugh had a huge day receiving as Pikeville reached the championship game of the UPIKE 7-on-7 camp recently held at the Hambley Complex.
For his efforts, the PHS junior has been chosen as EBK Sports’ Player of the Week.
Pugh hauled in eight touchdown passes as a sophomore with over 300 yards receiving in helping the Panthers advance to the Class 1A state semifinals one year ago.
