What is your coaching philosophy? “Coach each player as if they are your own child. I don’t demand respect from my guys, I earn that through building that relationship and proving my worth to them. I believe that you can’t possibly be an effective coach if the student/athlete doesn’t know that your genuinely care for them on and off the field. Wins and losses will come and go but the life lessons will stick with them throughout their lives.”

What is your favorite kind of music? “I love all types of music. I enjoy listening to anything.”

Who  is your favorite band or artist? “I really love anything Eric Church performs.”

What is your favorite food? “Without question barbeque ribs.”

Who is your hero? “My hero is my late mother. She raised four of us on her own and was an incredible example of unconditional love, selflessness  and hard work. She was an amazing person and really guided me to become the best man  I could possibly be.”
