What is your coaching philosophy? “To create an environment that encourages athletes to grow and learn both on and off the court. All athletes are different and not all respond to the same methods so it’s important to get to know each athlete and what works for them. As a coach, my players know that I will do whatever it takes to support them and push them to be the best version of themselves. I believe in the next play mentality. Don’t look back on what has happened, focus on the next play and what we are going to do to get better. I think that’s the important part of sports that carries over into real life scenarios. As a coach my goal is to help develop my players into great teammates, classmates and responsible young ladies who at the end of the day know that I am always in their corner and no matter where life takes them, they have the tools to succeed.”
