What is your coaching philosophy? “I am a teacher, mom and coach. I have a deep passion for the history of the game and teaching it. All I’ve ever know is to word hard. If players put in the hard work and do the rights things to develop as a player and person on and off the court they will be successful. What you put in it you will get out of it. Every kid has a different dream try to nurture them and help them reach their full potential. I hope to instill values and encourage players to give 100 percent effort daily and try to make it a good experience for all. I try to encourage athletes in good and bad times. Style of play depends on talent level of team. We only pass this way once enjoy the process have fun along the way.”
