Floyd Central journeyed to Sevierville, Tenn., over the weekend to take part in the Rock Top Classic Volleyball Tournament of elite schools.
The Lady Jaguars finished the weekend 2-4 overall, losing in the bronze bracket following pool play to Lebanon (Va.), 2-1 in their final match on Saturday.
Allison Turner had seven kills, two blocks, three digs and three serving aces in the 14-25, 25-19 and 11-15 match loss. Jaden Hall had three kills, three assists and 15 digs while Caley Howard finished with seven kills and one block. Caroline Parsons had 11 assists and Amelia Wallace totaled 10.

Floyd Central earned a hard-fought, first set win over Clinton (Tenn.) and the Lady Jaguars went on to post a 2-0 win.
Kiara Warrens finished with 14 digs and Jaden Hall added seven kills in the 25-20 and 25-10 win. Amelia Wallace had 11 assists and Caroline Parsons collected seven. Caley Howard had three kills and two blocks.

Floyd Central won its first match in the tournament with a 2-0 victory over Murray County (Ga.).
Jaden Hall finished with five kills, three digs and four serving aces in the 25-17 and 25-12 win. Caley Howard, Amelia Wallace and Allyson Stumbo each had three kills apiece. Wallace also had seven assists and two serving aces. Kiara Warrens added five digs.
