Prestonsburg goalkeeper Jacob Martin allowed just a single goal and the Blackcats went on to beat Bath County, 4-1, in the 15th Region All “A” Classic sectional finals played at Bath County High School field on Sunday.
Dylan Moore scored a pair of goals as the Blackcats improved to 9-1-1. Matt Burchett added one goal and one assists while Isaiah Collins scored one goal.
Ben Burchett and Preston Crase had one assist each.
Prestonsburg will continue play in the All “A” state tournament next Saturday when they face Owensboro Catholic at 3 p.m. Action will take place at Capital View Park in Frankfort.
