RACELAND – Prestonsburg took control of the game early in the first period and the Lady Blackcats cruised to a 60-50 win over Raceland in the Mr. Micro Computers Ohio River Classic played Dec. 28.
Reesce Endicott led four Lady Blackcats, now 7-5, with 15 points. Caroline Ariaz finished with her second straight double-double, scoring 11 points and pulled down 11 rebounds.
Alivia Slone also scored 11 while Kaitlyn Keathley tossed in 10 points and added seven rebounds.

RACELAND – Prestonsburg landed three players in double-figure scoring as the Lady Blackcats knocked off Huntington High, 72-67, in the opening round of the Mr. Micro Computers Ohio River Classic played Dec. 27.
Kaitlyn Keathley led the way for the Lady Blackcats, now 6-5, with 24 points and seven rebounds. Alivia Slone followed with 16.
Caroline Ariaz had a double-double in the win, scoring 14 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Faith Lazar added eight points.
