GLENHAYES – Johnson Central rallied in the final period to pull even with Huntington High and the Golden Eagles went on to beat the Highlanders, 80-72, in overtime at the Rebel Classic played at Tolsia High School Dec. 13.
Jacob Rice fired in 19 points, including 10 free throws, to lead Johnson Central, now 2-1. John King finished with a double-double, scoring 16 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.
Isaiah May added 14 and Gabe Ferrell finished with 12.
