Pikeville quarterback Isaac McNamee tossed four touchdown passes and Clay Tinsley returned the opening kickoff 71 yards for a score as the Panthers cruised past Phelps, 50-0, on homecoming night at Hillard Howard Field on Friday.
McNamee had TD receptions of 10, 67, 48 and 83 yards as the Panthers improved to 7-0. He finished with 208 yards passing, all in the first half.
Tinsley also had a 67-yard pass play for a touchdown while Jackson Hensley returned a fumble for one touchdown and hauled in a 48-yard pass for another.
Seth Pugh and Zac Lockhart added TD receptions of 10 and 83 yards. Carson Wright ran three yards for another.
The Panthers will journey to Daniel Field to battle Hazard (5-2) in a district showdown while Phelps (3-3) will face Sayre (1-4). Both games are scheduled to kickoff at 7:30 p.m.
