The Floyd Central Lady Jaguars and Pikeville Lady Panthers held on to the No. 1 and No. 2 ranking in the latest Mountain Top Sports Super 7 volleyball poll released on Tuesday.
The Lady Jaguars are 13-4 overall while the Lady Panthers are 13-5 following their appearance in the All “A” Classic state tournament. Floyd Central took part in the Rocky Top Classic over the weekend in Sevierville, Tenn.
Paintsville’s Lady Tigers, now 10-6, hold down the No. 3 position. They also played this past weekend in Sevierville.
Pike County Central (10-2) is fourth this week, followed by East Ridge (10-4) in the fifth position.
Rounding out the poll are Martin County (10-6) at No. 6, followed by Letcher County Central (7-4) at No. 7.
