Shelby Valley ran only 14 times for 339 yards and the Wildcats passed for 91 more in a 37-6 road win over Knott County Central on Friday night.
Quarterback Dalton Meade rushed for 140 yards and two touchdowns on four carries and passed for score as the Wildcats improved to 3-1.
Running back Ethan Bentley added 108 yards and one touchdown on just two rushing attempts. Jordan Little added a rushing touchdown.
Receiver Lance Riddle hauled in a 61-yard touchdown pass from Meade.
Peyton Blackburn returned an interception back 28 yards for a score and Jordan Little had a fumble recovery to spearhead the defense.
Shelby Valley will return to Teco Field to face Phelps (2-1) on Sept. 20. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.

Magoffin County snapped a two-game losing streak with a 36-28 victory over Betsy Layne at Bobcat Stadium on Friday night.
Running back Jaylon McDuffus ran for 124 yards and two touchdowns and Caleb Howard added 107 yards and one score as the Hornets moved to 2-2. Both rushed only four times. Howard also caught a touchdown pass.
Quarterback Nick Caldwell ran for a touchdown and passed for another.
Mason Lovely led the defense with 13 tackles, including eight solo. Howard added an interception.
Betsy Layne, now 2-2, will host Knott Central (0-4) on Sept. 20. Magoffin County is idle until Sept. 27 when they face Belfry.
