HS FOOTBALL: Hawks run past Commodores

Pike County Central built a 44-6 lead against Perry County Central and went on to score a 44-28 win on homecoming night at the Hawks Nest on Friday night.

Running back Noah Iricks ran for three touchdowns and quarterback Tyler Hunt ran for one and passed for two others as Pike Central improved to 2-1.

Keegan Bentley caught pass TD passes.

The Hawks will host Letcher County Central (2-2) on Sept. 20. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
